CDP score 2020

CDP is a not-for-profit charity that runs the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts. The world’s economy looks to CDP as the gold standard of environmental reporting with the richest and most comprehensive dataset on corporate and city action.

In 2020, more than 9.600 companies around the world have disclosed their environmental information through the CDP platform. This represents a 14% increase compared to 2019, despite the COVID-19 crisis. Out of them, 270 companies have joined the CDP Climate Change A List (compared to 179 in 2019).

In Belgium 22 companies have been scored by the CDP. This year, CO2logic has assisted 10 companies in their CDP reporting. We are proud to announce that more than 88% of them have maintained or improved their CDP score, compared with 2019, and that our clients outperformed the Belgian benchmark.

We are particularly glad that two of our clients have achieved the “Leadership” level: Befimmo and Fluxys! In total, more than 78% of its clients have reached at least the “B” level (“Management").

Congratulations to them.

Furthermore, CO2logic has also assisted Puratos and Boortmalt in their CDP Water questionnaire.

Since 2014, CO2logic is the first CDP Accredited Provider in Benelux. It is also the first SBT Accredited Provider in the region.

Over the last 7 years, CO2logic has helped the following companies increase their score: Aperam, Barco, Befimmo, Boortmalt, bpost, Elia, Fluxys, IBA, Knauf Insulation, Ontex, Puratos and UCB.

We look forward to next year for further expanding environmental reporting with our partners.
