 CO2logic was appointed by the Flemish Parliament in realising a carbon footprint of their buildings and commuting for 2006 and 2007. From the calculations it was clear that progress is being made in reducing their CO2 emissions. The Flemish Parliament is taking the necessary steps to further reduce their carbon footprint and have decided to offset their business related flights.
By doing this the Flemish Parliament is already putting the conclusions of the ‘spring of the environment’ (Federal Environment Summit) into practice. www.vlaamsparlement.be
